Jib limitation
The jib is limited to L/300, the benefits of this are, the high rigidity of the beams, the decrease in the trampoline-effect and the increase in comfort of use.

Platform parts are manufactured in large volumes enabling you to benefit from a metal platform at the best price.
Lead time
Parts are available with a very short lead time. A Primoplan platform plan can be completed very quickly.

Mezzanine floor characteristics
The Mezzatech platform’s design enables it:
To support loads of up to 600 Kg/m².
To have a span of up to 6.5 m.
Easy scalability.
Finish
The standard finish of Mezzatech Mezzanine Floor is:
• Post: Epoxy paint, colour grey RAL 7035.
• Beams and joists: galvanised steel.
• Guard. Handrail, smooth intermediate and plinth in galvanised steel. Mount finish epoxy paint RAL 1018.
Other colours are available on request at an additional charge.
Flooring
The Mezzatech industrial platform is delivered with a single-layer 30 to 38mm thick floor. The high density wooden slats measure 600 x 2400mm. They dovetail together and have grooved treads.
The standard finish is unfinished sides. Floors with 1 melamine side and 1 white underside are also possible. On request, Mezzatech also offers damp-proofed or mixed floors.
Staircases
The mezzanines can be delivered with an industrial staircase. The metal staircase is of robust construction and can be supplied in a choice of colors. We offer all types of stairs: straight staircase, staircase turning 90°, staircase 180° ...
